Marion Reformed Presbyterian Church is a group of Christians seeking to worship and evangelize our community for Christ our King.
History
Marion Reformed Presbyterian Church grew out of Marion Reformed Fellowship established as an outreach by Sycamore Reformed Presbyterian Church in Kokomo, Indiana. As a fellowship, we did not have a permanent place of worship but rented facilities to meet our needs. We were contacted by Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church as to our interest in acquiring their beautiful facilities early this summer and by the grace of God all obstacles were over come to allow us to open our doors this September of 2017. God is good.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change (James 1:17).
Mission
- Seeking to build godly character into the lives of our members by maintaining an atmosphere of love, fellowship, and accountability.
- Bringing the good news of the kingdom of God to our family, friends, community, and the world that the elect may hear, repent and believe.
- Proclaiming the sovereignty of God.
- Sending equipped laborers into the world so that other churches would be established.
So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith (Gal 6:10).
